L’objectif de la Revue de l’Intégration Européenne Économique était de promouvoir l’analyse et la compréhension des différents aspects de l’intégration européenne. Depuis 15 ans, il était le forum pour le développement et l’évaluation des questions théoriques et empiriques dans la politique et de l’économie de l’intégration européenne économique, en se concentrant principalement sur les développements au sein de l’UE. Revue de l’Intégration Européenne Économique a été engagé à approfondir la compréhension théorique de l’intégration européenne et vise à atteindre un équilibre interdisciplinaire entre les sciences politiques, l’économie et les relations internationales, y compris les différentes sous-disciplines telles que l’économie politique internationale.
Tous les articles de recherche dans la revue ont été rigoureusement étudiés par au moins deux arbitres anonymes La Revue a été publié par l’université Jean Monnet
La revue a été publié en français, anglais et allemand. La dernière édition a été publiée en 1997.
